The times for processing an order are shown in the section of each service. Usually, the times specified for each service are honored. However, delays may arise due to technical issues, such as a particularly intricate case. The customer will be promptly notified.

Once the purchase is finalized, the buyer receives an email with the document attached in pdf format. Some services also provide for the physical sending of the document via registered mail with return receipt. If requested, the document can also be sent beyond national borders using an express courier service.

Yes. Registration is carried out at the time of the first order. Once registered, simply log in.

When payment is received. Therefore, in the case of an order by bank transfer you will have to wait for the amount to be credited. If within 5 days of the order the sum is not credited to the current account indicated when requesting the service, the order will be cancelled.
